There are many things that we can do to improve our mood. We can learn to be more in the present and increase our mindfulness. We can make sure that we are spending time everyday to incorporate something we love into our lives. Like spending time talking with good friends, enjoying physical activities, participating in a hobby or pampering yourself. Physical activity is important for physical and mental health.
Write out a list of things that you enjoy and could participate in on a regular basis and then put the list on your refrigerator door or use it as the wallpaper on your phone.
